The Stones on 5^th Story

All our products are manufactured in New Rochelle, NY from excess stone "rescued" from first quality marble and granite manufacturers. These magnificent left over stones, bound for the gravel yard, landfill or some other unfitting end are carefully collected and cataloged by Stones on 5th.

Many of the stones we collect are in perfect condition. But Stones on 5th even collects and cares for all the stones - even those that are broken cast away stones. And it is here - in the break – that we believe that the magic begins. Stones fracture in unique ways – often along crystal lines. If one looks at and values each stone as one of a kind with its own exceptional character - the most magnificent designs naturally emerge. It is this natural individualized artistic process that guides our designs and is summed up in our two guiding principles:
